Paralympic Torch Relay starts in Moscow on March 2. The torch will be carried through the streets of the capital by 120 torchbearers, including famous athletes, artists and disabled people. Start of the Paralympic Torch Relay will be given at 10.00 at VDNKH. It will be taken through Moscow, and the final destination is Luzhniki.
On the 2 of March there will be some traffic restrictions in the capital.
Universitetsky Avenue and Kosygina Street will be closed from 11.00; Mosfilmovskaya Street, Vorobievskoe highway, Berezhkovskaya and Tarasa Shevchenko embankment will be closed from 13.00 until the end of the event.
Traffic will be restricted on Krasnopresnenskaya, Smolenskaya, Rostovskaya, Novodevicheskaya and Savinskaya embakments from 14.45 and on Novoarbatsky Bridge in both directions from 15.00 to 15.15.
