Here is our usual list of the most interesting events in Moscow this weekend, October 3-4.
The Hermitage Garden invites everyone to a charming Georgian festival Tbilisoba. The holiday, dedicated to the Day of Tbilisi, is one of the most favorite holidays of Georgia residents. It will be spent in Moscow for the fifth time. Organizers have prepared a bright and rich program that will take you to the Georgian capital.
Of course, the national cuisine will become the main feature of the festival. You will be able not just to taste but also to learn how to cook wide variety of Georgian dishes. It will be possible to squeeze grapes in the special winepress and learn the secrets of cooking churchkhelas and pelamushi.
There will also be master classes on Georgian dances, held by professional choreographers, as well as creative workshops on wool felting, sewing and modeling.

The 10th International Festival/School of Contemporary Art TERRITORIЯ is held in Moscow on October 2- 10. The program of this vibrant multicultural festival consists of uniquely experimental contemporary performance pieces, and similarly adjacent genres.
The festival features mixtures of genres and theatre methods. It is a means of crossing borders between various trends in contemporary art, between different cultures and nations. Throughout its ten years history, the festival has been working to prove that there should be no place for prejudice or discrimination in art.
This year, the TERRITORY, which traditionally specializes on border genres, will show several plastic performances, two experiments from Novosibirsk and mysterious interactive performance, created together with MMOMA.

BEAT WEEKEND 2015

Beat Weekend is the new part of the Beat Film Festival, one of the most interesting documentary film festivals in Moscow. It will pass simultaneously in 15 cities of Russia. Beat Weekend will show films about music and mediated cultural phenomena. This time, the program includes five biggest hits of the year.
The first is a story about the writer William Burroughs, filmed with the participation of Jim Jarmusch and Tom DiCillo. The second, B-Movie: The Sound and the Fury in West Berlin, is a story of Berlin in the 80s with Tilda Swinton,Nick Cave and Blixa Bargeld. The other film shown within the festival is Station to Station, a project by American artist Doug Aitken about the train-installation. In addition, the festival will screen the story anout Montreal – a hometown of Arcade Fire, Grimes, Mac DeMarco and Patrick Watson and the film Green Days, which tells about Washington punk, anticipating the boom in alternative music of the 90s.

IGROMIR AND COMIC CON
This weekend, the Crocus Expo Exhibition Hall unites Comic Con Russia 2015 and Igromir 2015 – the brightest events from the world of movies, TV shows, comics, computer and board games.
The Comic Con Russia will show visitors new movies, TV shows, computer and board games, entertainment books, comics, anime and manga. The exhibition is divided into several thematic zones: the first and second halls present participating companies, as well as the Heroes and the Villains scenes, where new products, shows, performances and concerts will be shown. In addition, there is a trading area where you can buy souvenirs. Besides, Comic Con will also host meetings and workshops with actors. If Comic Con is a relatively new event in Moscow, the Igromir will open for the tenth time. There will be presented all kinds of games that you can imagine – RPGs and shooters, computer games, timeless classics and the most anticipated novelties.
Both exhibitions will be open to public from October 2 to 4. Tickets for IgroMir and Comic Con on Friday, will cost 1300 rubles (€17.42), on Saturday – 1700 rubles (€22.78), and on Sunday – 1500 rubles (€20.10).
THE CIRCLE OF LIGHT FESTIVAL
The Circle of Light site
This will be the last days of the Anniversary Fifth Edition of the Circle of Light Moscow International Festival.
The fans of the festival will find themselves «In the city of light…», created on the buildings on Frunzenskaya embankment and Andreevsky Bridge, on Bolshoi Theatre and at VDNH, on the territory of Patriarshie and Chistie ponds, and finally in the Central Children`s Store and Rowing canal in Krylatskoe. Barges will sail along the Moscow-river, projecting colorful images on the embankments.
Entrance to the festival is free.
