During the May holidays, traffic will be limited because of solemn ceremonies and sports activities.
On May 1 traffic will be closed on:
- Cvetnoy Boulevard – from 7.00 to 10.00;
- Trubnaya Square, Petrovsky Boulevard, Strastnoy Boulevard and B. Putinkovsky Lane from – 8.30 to 10.30;
- Pushkinskaya Square – from 8.30 to 11.30;
- Kremlin and Moskvoretskaya embankments, Ilyinka and Varvarka Streets, Vasilevsky Slope, Moskvoretskaya Street and Bolshoi Moskvoretsky bridge from – 8.00 to 12.00;
- Tverskaya and Mokhovaya Streets – from 9.00 to 13.00;
- Kaluzshskaya Square and B.Yakimanka Streets – from 8.30 to 13.00;
- B. Polyanka Street , Small and Big Stone Bridges (Kamenniy Most), Serafimovicha, Mokhovaya, Okhotny Ryad, Vozdvizshenka, Znamianka Streets, Theater and Bolotnaya Squares – from 10.30 to 13.30;
- Kosygina Street, University Avenue (from Lebedeva Street to Michurinsky Avenue); the right side of Michurinsky Avenue (from University Avenue to Kosygina Street) – from 10.00 to 17.00;
On May 2 traffic will be closed on:
- Luzhnetskaya and Frunzinskaya Embankments and the streets adjacent to them – from 9.00 to 15.00.
On May 3 traffic will be closed on:
- Luzhnetskaya and Frunzinskaya Embankments and the streets adjacent to them – from 9.00 to 15.00;
- Olympysky Avenue, Durova Street, Suvorovskaya Square, Samotechnaya Street – from 9.00 to 15.00.
On May 5 traffic will be closed on:
- Teatralny Passage, New Square Kitaigorodsky Passage, Moskvoretskaya and Kremlin embankments – from 13.00 to 17.30.
On May 6 traffic will be closed on:
- Kosygina Street, University Avenue (from Lebedeva Street to Michurinsky Avenue) the right side of Michurinsky Avenue (from University Avenue to Kosygina Street) – from 10.00 to 17.00.
On May 7 traffic will be closed on:
- Luzhnetskaya and Frunzinskaya Embankments, and the streets adjacent to them from 11.00 to 17.00.
Furthermore, due to the rehearsals of the Red Square Parade, traffic will be limited on May 5 from 18.00 and on May 7 from 06.00 to the end of the events on: Khodynskoe Pole Street, Aviakonstruktora Suhovo, Aviakonstruktora Mikoyana Streets, Leningradsky Avenue, 1st Tverskaya–Yamskaya, Tverskaya Streets, Kremlin embankment, Vozdvizshenka, New Arbat Streets, the Garden Ring (from Smolenskaya Square Garden to Karetnaya Street) as well as in the central part of the city on .
On May 9, during the Parade these streets will also be closed.
