Summer Gourmet Market Fermeriya Opened at VDNKh

Summer Gourmet Market Fermeriya has opened in the Crafts Park at VDNKh, near the pavilion №55. The outdoor area has about thirty residents – farmers from the Moscow region, supplying clean berries, fresh fish, fragrant bread, meat, dairy products, and more. The large-scale project took more than three thousand square meters in the main exhibition of the country.

The Gourmet Market offers not only farm products but also street food prepared from these products before your eyes. Thus, northern cuisine restaurant Expedition presents dishes made with Taiga products – berries, mushrooms, corned beef, fish, game meat. Here you will be able to taste real Siberian dumplings and dessert from cranberries, pine nuts, and condensed milk farm. Bakery Bread in the City is a daily supply of freshly baked bread and croissants, which you can enjoy for breakfast with homemade jams and seasonal berries. The coffee shop Tabera offers a cappuccino with milk from the morning milking. Comandante Cafe treats visitors with dishes from fresh meat, cooked over an open fire and cafe Burga – with author burgers created by renowned chefs. Café Santa Maria cooks pizzas using farm products from local suppliers and fillings by a carefully developed recipe.

VDNKh guests will also be able to visit festivals of seasonal products, which will be held in the summer market. From June until October there will take place the cherry, meat, fish and regional dishes festivals, as well as the day of Ivan Kupala, Apple and Honey Spas. These days, the market residents will offer special dishes and products: for example, the kebabs in the honey sauce to Honey Spas, burgers with farm mozzarella – during the cheese festival, vegetarian kebab – on the Vegan Day.

Kids will also not get bored. The Gourmet Market Fermeriya in conjunction with the Urban Farm will organize a children’s area, with games and master classes.

Working hours: weekdays: 12:00-22:00; weekends and holidays: 10:00-22:00.
