Gastronomic Festival Omnivore 2015 – one of the main event for Moscow chiefs – opens on April 22 with a gala-diner. Starting from April 23, stars of gastronomy will present master classes and prepare delicious dishes.
On April 23 and 24, DI Telegraph will hold master classes. Among the speakers are Maxim Letunovskiy from Youth, Dan Miron from Holy Fox, Berezutski brothers, Dmitry Zotov from Haggis and Zotman. Organizers also invited five chefs: Florent Laiden from Lille, Marc Andre Leclerc from Montreal, Antonin Girard from Paris, Jordan Toft and Thomas Lim from Sydney. Though master classes are free (you should register in advance), they will be of more interest for professional cooks.
Those who are more interested in degustation, rather than in preparing food, there will be two pop-up dinners. On the first day, Luigi Magni and Antonin Girard will be cooking, on the second – Ivan Shishkin and Florent Laiden. Organizers promise not just a dinner in a good company, but a gastronomic performance, that will cost 6000 rubles (€60.53).
On Friday, everyone is invited to the Omnivorious party – the culmination of the festival. 15 chefs, the festival participants, will prepare snacks, and sponsors will provide free alcohol. One ticket to this feast will cost 2000 rubles (€20.18).
Besides, you can visit Les Artists for brunch and Fahrenheit for dinner on April 25, where e four omnivorous chefs will cook.
