Moscow weather as always brings many unpleasant surprises. The strong wind that had started in Moscow on the weekend caused many troubles to the inhabitants of the city. Besides making it extremely uncomfortable staying outdoors, it tumbled down about 30 trees causing damage to parked cars. Moreover, three people addressed for medical aid. Two people were damaged by falling trees, another one was hurt by a flown-away tile.
Moscow Hydro Meteorological Center reports that windy weather with sleet is expected in the capital during the whole week. However, temperature will stay above-zero in daytime.
Thus, on Tuesday, March 31, there will be precipitations at night and ice. In the afternoon, sleet and gusting wind is expected. The temperature will fluctuate from minus 1 to plus 1 degrees centigrade at night, and will rise to plus 3 – 5 degrees in the afternoon. On Wednesday, April 1, weather will not change drastically. Still there will be snow and it will be windy. Daytime temperature will rise up to plus 2 degrees centigrade.
On Thursday, April 2, weather will gradually start improving. There will be periodic snow; windflaws will decrease. Air will get warmer to plus 7 degrees. The same weather conditions will remain on Friday, April 3. On the weekend, daytime temperature will be about plus 5-7 degrees centigrade. Periodic precipitations are also possible.
