The Phaidon publishing house released the second book «Where Chefs Eat: A Guide to Chefs’ Favorite Restaurants 2015». Russian restaurants were included in the list for the first time. The book appeared under edition of the gastronomic journalist and cofounder of The World’s 50 Best Restaurants Award – Joe Uorvik. Previous edition was issued on January 2013.
This time «Where Chefs Eat: A Guide to Chefs’ Favorite Restaurants 2015» tells about the favorite places of 630 chiefs from around the world, including two from Russia — Anatoly Komm and Ilya Shalyov. In total, 3 250 places from Europe, the USA, Canada, South America, Africa, Australia, New Zealand and Asia are presented in the book. Chief’s comments and description follows each restaurant.
Delicatessen, Cafe of Pushkin, Uilliam’s, Ragout and Paul café chain, represent Russian restaurants in this edition.
