Moscow was included in the ranking of the world’s most visited cities by data of Euromonitor International.
Euromonitor International’s Top City Destinations Ranking (2014 edition) was built from the results of the global travel research program conducted in 57 countries by in-country analysts. The ranking covers 100 of the world’s leading cities in terms of international tourist arrivals.
Russian capital got the 26th place, and St. Petersburg took the 53rd place of the ranking. Other Russian cities did not participated in the research.
The first three places were taken by Hong Kong, Singapore and Bangkok. London, Paris, Macau, New York City, Shenzhen, Kuala Lumpur and Antalya are at top ten.
