Long-awaited restaurant by famous British chef Jamie Oliver has finally opened in Moscow. Jamie’s Italian is located at Okhotniy Ryad Street, 2 and is currently working in test mode.
Jamie Oliver started conquesting Russian restaurant market with Jamie’s Italian in St. Petersburg. The place has gained a lot of popularity among locals and tourists. Now, it is turn of the official opening in Moscow.
The first Jamie’s Italian appeared in Oxford in 2008. Since then it has grown to more than 30 restaurants worldwide.
The menu has much of authenticity- there are dishes created using tried and tested recipes. You will find here traditional Italian antipasti: bresaola salad, beef carpaccio (590 rubles – €8.34), Pappa Pomodoroo soup (190 rubles – €2.69), Italian Capreze salad (420 rubles – €5.94). Main dishes are presented by wide range of pastas and pizzas, as well as the Jamie’s Italian burger (790 rubles), seafood spiedini (1090 rubles – €15.41) and many more. There is also a nice choice of drinks – traditional Italian aperitifs and cocktails.
Italian Jamie has been designed to be accessible and affordable, the restaurant in which everyone is welcome and feels comfortable. Every restaurant is uniquely designed to go perfectly together with the building’s history and personality of the city, as well as creating an environment in which the focus is on exceptional food, good company and a relaxed conviviality of the «Italian table».
