During the Christmas holidays, from January 2 to January 11, 58 museums and 23 exhibition halls, that refer to the Moscow Department of Culture will have free admission. You can also get a special «Afisha» card that allows visiting some museums free during a month.
Visitors will be able to have guided tours and see exhibitions, installations and workshops in Moscow Museum of Archaeology, Museum-Reserve Tsaritsyno, Museum- Estate Kolomenskoye, Bulgakov Museum, Multimedia Art Museum, Central Manezh and many other interesting places.

If you want to have larger museum program on the holidays, you can get a special «Afisha» card.This museum card is issued by the Afisha magazine together with the Ministry of Culture. It is enough to show the card at the entrance to the museum. Each museum can be visited only once.
This year, the card will be admitted in 25 museums – including the Tretyakovskaya Gallery, five buildings of the Moscow Museum of Modern Art, the NCCA, the Museum of Moscow, Polytechnic and other cultural institutions. For example, participation in the program of the State Literary Museum includes a free pass immediately to 10 venues – house museums Lermontov and Chekhov, Dostoevsky Apartment Museum, the Museum of the Silver Age, and so on.
To get the card, you just need to buy the new issue of the «Afisha» magazine and find the card, which will give you free admission to museums in Moscow for a month, from December 12 to January 12.
