Moscow will host the Sixth International Festival of Audiovisual Experiments and Digital Art «Plums Fest». The event will be held from November 18 to 22 at the Museum of Moscow.
Among the notable events within the festival’s program are lecture of the Canadian artist and audiosculptor Herman Kolgen, kinetic Panic Room and exhibition of foreign and domestic media artists.
The theme of the festival 2014 is «Face Contact». Plums Fest 6 offers viewers a kind of a critical dialogue, in which everyone can take their own decision on what becomes material for long reflection, and what is just a bright flash of emotion in this particular moment of perception.
The festival’s program includes lectures, master classes, concerts and exhibitions of different formats: from audiovisual performances to interactive installations. The exhibition will present fulldome media art works by artists from different countries, and interactive kinetic installation, media art in Camp genre.
