Brooklyn-style pizza in the center of Moscow, Montalto, presents new autumn menu and a special attraction – pasta constructor. For the new season, Chefs Daniel Goetzinger and Alexander Mukhortov updated the menu with a variety of dishes with duck, seafood, seasonal fruits and vegetables in an unusual author’s performance.
A wonderful opportunity to feel the echoes of summer days – pizza with seafood, flavored with plenty of shrimps, squids and scallops, Tabule salad with crab and bulgur, which goes well with a glass of white French wine.
The main dishes of the new season are juicy duck with apple cider sauce, chicken meatballs with crispy parmesan have become, tender lamb stew with parsnip puree and salmon fillet grilled with lecso and mashed eggplants.
Moreover, now guests can engage in the process of creating their own favorite pasta with a special inset-constructor. Simply select pasta – fettuccine, spaghetti, gigli or сonchiglie, add sauce and other ingredients: shrimps, scallops, chicken breast or beef tenderloin. Do not forget about vegetables – asparagus, arugula, spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, mushroom mix, etc.
For those who cannot imagine life without sweets, Montalto has prepared new desserts – soft Buckwheat pie with hazelnut and pear, light yoghurt cake with raspberry sauce and light «Gelato» with black currants.
