The Apothecary Garden, one of the coziest places in Moscow, presents XIV Spring Flower Festival that will open on April 1.
During two months (up to June 1), visitors of the exhibition will be able to see hundreds of thousands of flowering plants – from primroses to fruit trees.
First spring flowers open the festival, whose life cycle is from three to four weeks. They will be replaced by thousands of tulips, daffodils, hyacinths and exotic magnolias. A little later Far East Cherry will bloom in several places of the garden. Finally, the garden spring will complete with lush flowering rhododendrons, peonies and various fruit trees.
In addition, guests will be able to visit greenhouses. The historical greenhouse with the large collection of tropical and desert plants, orchids and the exhibition of landscape aquariums will open on April 1.
The garden and greenhouse exposition are open daily (except Mondays) from 10 am to 8 pm. From April 1 to 20, it will work from 10 am to 9 pm and from May 9 – from 10 am to 10 pm.
Tickets cost 200 rubles (4 €) for adult and 150 rubles (1.5 €) for a discount ticket.
