Briolin
The man’s hairdressing salon Briolin has opened at Bolshoy Sukharevsky Lane near Tsvetnoy Boulevard. The interior of the place is made in traditional American style – there are brick walls, roughly processed tree and massive leather chairs. The place is quite small – personnel can cut and shave no more than three people at one time. The hairstyle will cost 1800 rubles (€18.11), the machine cut— 800 rubles (€8.05), the same price is for beard and moustaches cut.
The barbershop also sells hair styling cosmetics and claims that the choice is widest in the city. Clients are accepted every day from midday to 10 o’clock in the evening.

Blum Café
Two-room cafe at Bolshaya Dmitrovka, in the yard of Condé Nast publishing house was opened by Arkady Zeltser — the co-owner of Powerhouse and Burger Brothers.
The design of the place is very photogenic – there is diversity of textures, surfaces and foreshortenings. Peeled walls, pseudo-empire lamps, furniture from the Dutch and English flea markets make the interior.
The Blum’s menu is rather small. For starters, you can taste here сeviche from wild fish with a pear (450 rubles - €4.53), tartare sauce (480 rubles - €4.83), and set of meat snack (390 rubles - €3.92) including a stalemate from veal liver, duck jelly and Tambov gammon. Cream cappuccino from broccoli (270 rubles - €2.72) or real Kuban borsch (270 rubles - €2.72) are good as first dish. The place also offers very well prepared paste such as tortellini with pumpkin and ricotta (420 rubles - €4.23) – it is served with some broth and a lot of thyme, walnuts, dried tomatoes and pumpkin.

O2 Lounge
O2 Lounge Cafe at the roof of The Ritz-Carlton hotel is known as a place where movie stars like to be photographed in Moscow and the one with a good view over the Kremlin. Recently, the place has been comprehensively updated – now it is a restaurant of modern Peruvian cuisine. The interior has also been changed, more chic was added: fossilized tree, blue agate and sheet copper were used; the furniture is fitted by a neat’s-leather.
The food in O2 Lounge is good and irreparably expensive. Peruvian ceviche from lobster costs 3000 rubles (€30.18), a tuna one – 2500 rubles (€25.15). You can also order a shrimps, salmon, or seabass ceviche. Here you can taste different Peruvian snacks, such as croquets from dried cod bakalya (800 rubles - €8.05), Uevos-del-mar eggs (800 rubles - €8.05) with smoked salmon, caviar and akha pepper sauce, or guakamole (1000 rubles - €10.06), served with Serrano’s jamón.

Rice Symphony
The new restaurant has opened at the corner of Pokrovka Street and Chistoprudny Boulevard. The place is small with tidy and laconic interior. However, the food in Rice Symphony is worth going to the place. Three cooks from Vietnam work in the restaurant, therefore the food is very authentic.
Much attention in the menu is paid to rice noodles and rice. Noodles are served with nem pancakes (350 rubles - €3.52), fried with vegetables, beef and oyster sauce (370 rubles - €3.72) or with seafood (390 rubles). Rice is fried with meat, cucumbers and egg (370 rubles - €3.72) or with shrimps, squid, egg, peas and green onions (390 rubles - €3.92).
For starters, you can try salad from shrimps and squids with celery, pineapple and cashew (350 rubles - €3.52), the Hanoi spring rolls (350 rubles - €3.52), three types of nem pancakes (370-420 rubles), fo-bo (390 rubles - €3.92 for 500 g) and fo-ga (370 rubles - €3.72 for 500 g) and other meals.
There is also a great choice of hot dishes from pork, beef or fish.
Every meal in the menu has its own number, which is very convenient. Among other advantages are big portions, not less than 300 grams. Personnel serves quickly, smilingly and precisely.
